CIFF100 | CIFFA – International Transportation & Trade
This introductory course covers the basics of various modes of transportation, including truck, rail, air, and ocean. It also delves into the geography over which goods move and the Incoterms® 2010 rules, which outline the transfer of cost and risk from seller to buyer during transportation.

CIFF200 | CIFFA – Essentials of Freight Forwarding

Learn how to manage risk with various international payment methods, understand cargo insurance, and complete commercial documents accurately. This course also addresses export packaging, cargo security, dangerous goods handling, and effective costing and quoting techniques.
