How to Have a Happy VIRTUAL Halloween

Share

Halloween is a time to embrace creativity, enjoy the festive spirit, and take a well-deserved break from studies. Even though there aren’t any official events this year, there are still plenty of ways to make the most of the season. Here are some fun ways Brighton College students can celebrate Halloween on their own or with classmates.

1. Dress Up for Your Virtual Classes

  • Just because there aren’t in-person events doesn’t mean you can’t dress up! Add some Halloween spirit by wearing a costume or festive accessories to your virtual classes. It’s a fun way to connect with classmates and show off your creative side.

2. Create a Halloween-Themed Study Space

  • Set up your study space with Halloween decorations or small seasonal items. Whether it’s a mini pumpkin, spooky lights, or a few themed sticky notes, these small touches can add fun to your study routine and keep the Halloween spirit alive.

3. Host a Virtual Halloween Meetup

  • Coordinate with your classmates to hold a virtual Halloween meetup! Use the time to chat, share costume ideas, or discuss favorite horror movies. It’s a fun way to unwind and connect outside of the typical classroom setting.

4. Watch a Halloween Movie Marathon

  • Halloween is the perfect time for a movie marathon! Pick a selection of spooky (or not-so-spooky) films to watch after a day of classes. Whether you prefer horror classics or something lighthearted, it’s a great way to relax and get into the Halloween mood.

5. Share Your Halloween Creativity on Social Media

  • Post your Halloween spirit on social media with your classmates! You can share costume photos, decorations, or even your Halloween-themed study space. Tag #BrightonCollege to show off how you’re celebrating and inspire others to get in on the fun.

Halloween may look a little different at Brighton College this year, but it’s still a wonderful opportunity to embrace creativity, enjoy time with friends, and celebrate in your own unique way. Whether you’re dressing up for class, setting up a festive space, or hosting a virtual hangout, these small gestures can make this Halloween memorable.

Happy Halloween from everyone at Brighton College! 🎃
