For all those on Instagram, check out the BC Day Instameets. Photographers and Instagrammers can meet up and join a photo tour exploring BC as a way to celebrate the holiday.
If you’re a fan of Japanese culture and food, visit the Powell Street Festival that showcases live Taiko drumming, martial arts demonstrations, and traditional folk music.
Vancouver Pride Parade 2015
You can also visit the Vancouver Pride Parade celebrating the support of the LGBT community. The event runs along Robson Street towards English Bay where you can find several food vendors as well as over 100 different floats.
