Brighton College Presents: Quick Tips | 5 Habits for Success

Brighton College presents our Quick Tips video series to provide some helpful tips and hints for your daily use.

1.  Daily Exercise

One of the best habits to start with is to get your body moving. Daily exercise for even just an hour a day is great a way to get your blood moving which helps when you need energy.

2. Eat Breakfast

Having a nutritious breakfast that includes protein and fiber is a way to ensure that you stay focused instead of hungry. Try packing some oatmeal or fruit to go if you’re in a rush.

3. Keep Learning 

Keep reading and learning about other people’s habits for success.  Try starting your day by reading a few productivity articles online and you may find you’ll pick up some new tips or tricks.

4. Have a Routine

Another great habit to follow is having a routine or daily plan. Following a routine is the best way to maintain your habits which will get easier to more you do it.

5. Maintain Hobbies

Your life doesn’t always have to focus around your work. Make time for your hobbies whether its sports or art. You’ll find this helps with relieving stress while also fostering inspiration with a clear head.
