In 1970, April 22 was officially recognized as a day to encourage everyone to be more environmentally friendly. In fact, it’s recognized as the “largest secular holiday in the world”. This weekend, feel free to take part this Earth Day is by recycling, biking to work or volunteering for local green projects.
