Halloween is that fun and creative time of the year when we get to dress up and get a taste of childhood again, gather with friends for fun activities like pumpkin carving, and let’s not forget it’s one of those great times of the year where we get to gorge on all the candy that comes our way (especially with us refilling those bowls of candy at our reception desks continuously).
At Brighton College, we had quite the Halloween celebration this year. Our students participated in a pumpkin carving contest using creativity and teamwork to compete for a big candy prize. More excitement came after that when almost 40 students attended and participated in the Halloween Costume Contest for even more candy. From pirates to hippies to cats and wolves, there was quite the variety of entertaining characters wandering around our campus, making choosing the winner a difficult task for us all! After a couple of voting rounds, our winner ended up being none other than the Evil Dark Bunny of the Night himself! You can find photographs of the event and our winner on our Facebook page here.
We thank all of our students for coming out and dressing up for the occasion, we enjoyed celebrating Halloween with you. Looking forward to our Christmas celebrations soon enough!
