We value the quality and success of our instructors and promote a people-oriented work culture.
Brighton College’s programs are developed and instructed by industry professionals who are closely connected within their fields.
Brighton’s instructors are experienced industry professionals who have a degree and two or more years of work experience (or diploma and over 10 years of experience) in their field. Regular instructors complete the Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW), which is equivalent to the Provincial Instructor Diploma program (PIDP) course, “PIDP3220 – Delivery of Instruction.” Many of our instructors also hold graduate degrees and/or professional qualifications in their field.
Our instructors bring their real-world experience to the classroom through anecdotal examples, resources, professional networks, and may bring students to learn off site through field trips.
