Financial Advisor

The Financial Advisor/Student Services is responsible for student financial interviews, financial options counselling, intake processing and customer service. The Financial Advisor/Student Services performs needs analysis, provides financing documents and generates tentative award letters for all new students enrolling in the institution’s programs. He/she processes all forms in accordance with Provincial and Federal regulations and internal policies and procedures. This position serves as a liaison between Admissions and the Campus Director.

What we are looking for: The purpose of the Financial Advisor/Student Services position is to ensure complete and accurate financing of student educational expenses in accordance with Provincial/Federal regulations and Company policies and procedures.

  • Providing services to students of their financial obligation, the institution’s financial options, and financial policies and procedures as related to their educational expenses.
  • Assisting students in determining government loan eligibility for students requesting financial assistance.
  • Assisting students in student loan applications and all student loan documentation process.
  • Maintaining campus book order/instructor resources.
  • Perform Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ECE) to student loan funded students.

International Marketing Assistant

Position Overview:

The role of the International Marketing Assistant is to assist in positioning the College’s image at the forefront in the education market and assist in increasing enrollment through marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the organization.

The International Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Director in areas such as: inputting student data, advising prospective students to Brighton College programs, and admission and registration procedures. Attend and participate in events to promote brand awareness.

Multimedia (Web and Graphic) Designer – Temporary (1 Year Maternity Leave)

The Multimedia (Web and Graphic) Designer is responsible for designing and producing a multitude of marketing materials (e.g. banners, brochures, videos), assisting in copy editing and digital marketing campaigns, and maintaining the institution’s website for corporate branding with a professional polish.
