Brighton College recognizes an individual’s right to privacy and commits to protecting it. We are aware of our responsibilities under the federal “Personal Information & Electronics Documents Act” (PIPEDA) and have created this privacy policy to enforce it.

Brighton College will:

  • Collect, use, and process personal information only after an individual provides formal consent.
  • Limit the use and handling of an individual’s personal information to necessary and identified purposes as it pertains to the individual’s business or employment relationship with Brighton College.
